Yes. International shipments are available. Rates and available destinations should be consulted before making a purchase by writing to our customer service email: info@leathergoodies.com, or during the checkout process.
Processing time is 1 to 2 business days.
Delivery times vary depending on the country of origin of the product:
- Products shipped from the US: maximum of 5 to 8 business days.
- Products shipped from abroad: maximum of 15 to 21 business days.
You will receive an email with the tracking number when your order has been shipped.
For international shipments, taxes, duties, or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Leather Goodies, we aim to offer a safe, clear, and reliable shopping experience. The following return and exchange policy applies in accordance with common e-commerce practices in the United States.
Before starting a request, please keep the following conditions in mind:
1. Product condition
The product must have been purchased as new. We do not accept returns for items sold as Sale or Clearance when that condition was clearly identified at the time of purchase as final sale.
2. Timeframe to request a return
You must begin the return process within 30 calendar days after the order delivery date.
For manufacturing defects, you may request a warranty evaluation within a reasonable timeframe according to the product type, not exceeding 90 days from delivery.
3. Product state
- Be unused.
- Be in perfect condition.
- Be complete.
- Include the original packaging.
- Keep all included tags, protective bags, and accessories, when applicable.
Because natural leather is unique, variations in color, texture, grain, or natural marks are not considered defects. They are inherent characteristics of the material.
Worry-Free Purchase Protection
Customers who purchased the Worry-free purchase option at checkout are protected against return shipping costs when:
- The return request is made within the established timeframe.
- The product meets the eligibility conditions described in this policy.
- The return has been previously authorized by Leather Goodies.
In these cases, Leather Goodies will cover the reasonable return shipping cost within the United States.
If the return is not previously authorized or the product does not meet the established requirements, the Worry-free purchase benefit will not apply.
The Worry-free purchase option does not change product eligibility requirements. It only affects responsibility for the return shipping cost.
Reasons for exchange or return
You may request an exchange or refund in the following cases:
- A verifiable manufacturing defect.
- An incorrect product sent by mistake.
- Clear damage that occurred during shipping, reported within 48 hours.
- A significant delay attributable to Leather Goodies, except in cases of force majeure.
How to request a return or exchange
To begin the process, contact us and include:
- Order number.
- Reason for the request.
- Clear photos of the product, when applicable.
The product must be shipped properly protected.
Return shipping costs
- If the customer purchased Worry-free purchase and the return is authorized, Leather Goodies will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to an error by Leather Goodies, we will cover the shipping cost.
- For customer-choice returns without Worry-free purchase, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 5 business days after the product is received and inspected.
